Do you like the projects of the Forum 2000 Foundation? This section has all the information on the availability of short term involvement in the Forum 2000 projects. The Forum 2000 Foundation can fulfill its mission and broaden its scope of activities thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of a number of volunteers and other contributors.

We’re currently hiring for the following positions:


RAPPORTEURS & REPORT WRITERS

What is the difference between a rapporteur and a report writer?
Each panel is assigned one Rapporteur and one Report Writer who work together as a team.

Rapporteurs take extensive notes of conference sessions to transcribe, as much as possible, the full content of the discussion.

Report Writers focus on the general flow of discussion, taking notes on the key takeaways, collecting quotations from high-profile speakers, and providing feedback on the session to the organizing team.

Rapporteurs will:

  • attend assigned sessions and transcribe the discussion as accurately as possible
  • summarize and clean up notes immediately after the panel and upload it to Google Drive for the Report Writer
  • Rapporteurs are expected to submit their notes within approximately 2 hours of the panel’s conclusion for the Report Writers to use


Report Writers will:

  • attend assigned sessions and take notes on key takeaways
  • collect quotes from designated high-profile speakers
  • focus on the overall context and main messages of the discussion
  • prepare structured written reports after the session, supported by the Rapporteur’s extensive notes
  • Report Writers are expected to submit their final reports within approximately two days of the panel’s conclusion


What are we looking for:

  • reliability, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
  • excellent attention to detail, strong writing and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and under time pressure
  • flexibility and teamwork
  • advanced English skills (minimum C1 level)
  • availability during the conference dates and for pre-event training.What are we offer:

VOLUNTEERS

Do you enjoy working with people, international environments, and meaningful projects? Would you like gain valuable experience in event organization? Join the Forum 2000 volunteer team.

Become the part of the prestigious international Forum 2000 Conference.

What will you do:

  • assist with participant registration
  • provide guest navigation and information support
  • support hostess and the organizing team during the event
  • help with operational tasks based on current needs
  • assist with materials and guests transfers
  • help prepare conference spaces and venues.


What are we looking for:

  • reliability, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • flexibility and willingness to help where needed
  • communicative level of English (at least B2)
  • availibility during the conference dates and for pre-event training.
