The 25th Forum 2000 Conference - Practical information

Arriving at the Event

The participation at the Forum 2000 Conference is upon invitation only. 


Entry to the event will be enabled only to registered participants with valid proof of:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 and the vaccine must have been provided by BioNTech-Pfizer (Comirnaty) AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria, Covishield), Moderna (Spikevax) or Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) – for more information about valid certificates please visit the following page:
  • Testing positive for Covid-19 within 170 days before the date of entry
  • Negative PCR test no older that 7 days
  • Negative antigen test no older than 72 hours

You are asked to wear respirator during the whole time at the conference (with exception of the time when drinking and/or eating).


Only participants visibly carrying their conference name badge will be allowed to enter the conference venue.

For safety and security reasons, large backpacks and packages are not allowed at the conference venue. Visitors may leave small bags and accessories in the cloakroom. You may be asked to let our security personnel check your larger luggage.

Conference Venues

The main conference program will be held at the Žofín Palace.
Selected panels and the Festival of Democracy events take place at other venues in Prague.

Access for Visitors with Disabilities

Žofín Palace is wheelchair accessible. Other venues are wheelchair accessible only upon prior arrangement.


The working language of the conference is English. Some events may be interpreted to or held in other languages. Please see the conference program for details.


Professional photographers and press must be accredited to be permitted to take photographs and video recordings during the conference. The use of mobile phones for video recording or taking photos is possible (without flash). Further information about press accreditation is available here.


Free wireless internet connection will be available in the Forum Hall at the Žofín Palace.
