Zuzana Vuová is the first Czech Youth Delegate to the United Nations. She advocates for strengthened youth participatory channels on all levels, quality of education, better employment opportunities for the youth, improved intergenerational dialogue and increased solidarity with marginalized and minority groups. She lectures at high schools and civil society organizations and works with young people in different capacities both locally and internationally. In her professional capacity, Zuzana Vuová serves as an Associate Social Affairs Officer for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia in Beirut, Lebanon. Ms. Vuová graduated from Pomona College in California, U.S. and London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a first-generation Czech - Vietnamese, who speaks five languages and has lived in six countries.
