Vytautas Mitalas
Deputy Speaker, Seimas
LithuaniaDeputy Speaker at the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania since November 2020, Mr. Mitalas was nominated by the newly established Freedom Party. He previously held the office of Deputy Mayor of Vilnius and chaired a Committee on Culture, Education and Sports in Vilnius City Council. Mr. Mitalas has also worked as a policy expert of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute, and he has been actively involved in numerous youth NGO projects and organizations. Mr. Mitalas has graduated from the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University, Lithuania.
