Jorge Quiroga Ramírez is a former President of Bolivia, Vice President of the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid, and Director of the Bolivian Foundation for Democratic Training and Investigation. The scope of his work is centered on the examination and counseling of questions concerning political and governmental issues. He has served as an investigator in the Woodrow Wilson International Centre, whose aim is to inform and find solutions for problems and challenges of various nations. He received his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the St. Edward’s University in Texas. In 1998, he was presented with the World Leader of Tomorrow Award by the World Economic Forum.
