Jorge Quiroga Ramírez

BoliviaJorge Quiroga Ramírez is a former President of Bolivia (2001-02) and Vice President of the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid. He has served as a researcher at the Woodrow Wilson International Centre (2002-2003), Vice-President and President of the Bolivian Congress (1997-1901), or Minister of Finance (1992). He is currently active in the private sector and various international organizations, including the boards of the "Inter-American Dialogue" and "Results for Development-R4D" in Washington D.C., among others. He received his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the St. Edward’s University in Texas.
