Are you interested in participating in the NGO Market as an exhibitor? Then you should know…

Please read the information on this page carefully before you register to the fair.

Place and Time

The NGO Market 2019 will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in the Forum Karlín, Pernerova 51, Praha 8  (Křižíkova station).

Program

The fair will be opened to general public from 11:00 to 19:00. Entrance to the NGO Market and associated events is free for all visitors.

Visitors will be able to attend exhibiting organizations’ stands, the volunteer center, workshops, practical demonstrations and spend a pleasant day in an engaging environment.

Presentation of Your Organization

Please be aware that through your participation you represent not only your organization, but also the non-profit sector as a whole. If you decide to present your organization at the NGO Market, please ensure that at least one representative from your NGO stays at the exhibition stand for the entire duration of the public part of the event (11:00–19:00). The installation of your stand will take place between 6:00 – 8:45. If you arrive later we will not be able to let you enter the exhibition. Please plan your timely arrival.

Options of an Exhibition Stand

1. Standard exhibition stand at the Forum Karlín

Exhibition place 180 x 150 cm with equipment:

  • 1 exhibition panel (250 x 100 cm)
  • 1 chair
  • 1 table (68 x 120 cm)
  • 1 plug for laptop connection

Registration fee for NGOs choosing this option is 1.250 CZK.

2. Large exhibition stand at the Forum Karlín

Exhibition place 280 x 150 cm with equipment:

  • 1 exhibition panel (250 x 100 cm)
  • 2 chairs
  • 2 tables (68 x 120 cm)
  • 1 plug for laptop connection

Registration fee for NGOs choosing this option is 2.500 CZK.

It is possible to order additional equipment to your stand

1. For the standard exhibition stand (option 1)

  • Maximum 1 extra chair for 70 CZK

2. For the large exhibition stand (option 2)

  • 1 additional exhibition panel for 350 CZK
  • 1–3 extra chairs for 70 CZK each

3. Technical equipment

  • 1 LCD 43" screen for 2000 CZK

4. Distributing materials in NGO Market bags for visitors

  • Leaflet, pen, sticker, DVD, etc. (maximum size - A4, maximum weight - 100g) 2500 CZK
  • Distribution via 1500Pcs of NGO Market bags

5. Professional photographer

  • Photographs of your organisation for future promotional use 500 CZK

6. Parking in front of the Forum Karlin

  • 1 car for 180 CZK
  • 1 van (over 6m lenght) 250 CZK

Registration fees cover costs to ensure that the necessary equipment is available for your exhibition stand (the Forum 2000 Foundation oversees delivery, transportation and installation of the external supplier’s equipment) as well as part of the costs associated with promoting your organization to visitors of the NGO Market.

Preparing for the Presentation on the Day of the Fair

Presenting your organization at the NGO Market is an excellent opportunity to introduce your organization and its activities to the public, potential volunteers, donors and clients. As you prepare in the days and weeks leading up to the fair, think about what you want to achieve through your participation. We recommend that you bring photos, products, leaflets and other materials to inform the audience about your organization’s activities. If you would like to showcase your organization in another way, for example through a live performance, please do not hesitate to contact us for consultation.
