Zuzana Čaputová, President of Slovakia, will attend this year’s Forum 2000 Conference

Zuzana Čaputová, President of Slovakia, will be among the guests of the upcoming Forum 2000 Conference “Recovering the Promise of 1989“.  “Zuzana Čaputová based her political success on respect for truth and belief in freedom and democracy. She approaches the office with the highest degree of responsibility and with an apparent effort to represent and defend interests of her country. These qualities should be natural to any top official of a democratic state, but – in the context of the current troubled times – it is almost exceptional. We therefore very much appreciate her participation at the Forum 2000 Conference”, says Jakub Klepal, the executive director of Forum 2000 Foundation.
