Iveta Radičová: New Member of the International Advisory Board

We are delighted that Iveta Radičová, Sociologist and Former Prime Minister, Slovakia, has joined the Forum 2000 International Advisory Council. As someone who shares so deeply the values of Václav Havel, we are honoured that she will contribute to keeping his legacy alive.

Iveta Radičová is a Professor at Bratislava International School of Liberal Arts, Dean of Faculty of Mass Media at Pan-European University, and a member of the Forum 2000 Foundation Program Council. Ms. Radičová previously served as Slovakia’s Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. Prior to these positions, she was a member of the Slovak National Parliament and served as Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Family. In 1992, she founded the non-profit Social Policy Analysis Centre, which she headed until being appointed Director of the Slovak Academy of Science’s Institute of Sociology in 2005. Ms. Radičová received her Ph.D. in Sociology from Comenius University in Bratislava.
