Brazil is in a very difficult political situation as President Bolsonaro does not provide the necessary leadership. The entire world is suffering from Donald Trump’s policy of division, while Chinese are filling the empty space and offer cooperation – which will have consequences, says former Brazilian President, Fernando Henrique Cardoso.
