- Management of the development department and coordination of the fundraising activities
- preparation and implementation of fundraising strategies
- communication with donors and partners of the Foundation
- coordination of fundraising campaigns and events
- writing and processing grant and donation applications
Requirements

- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- excellent knowledge of Czech and English, both spoken and written

- experience in writing formal texts and grant applications

Network and Registration Coordinator
Job Description
- Managing and developing the network of conference participants and other Foundation event attendees in line with the long-term strategy
- Actively seeking new participants with an emphasis on professional and regional diversity
- Working with databases, managing invitations and registrations
- Preparing and sending out email communications
- Preparing analyses of the composition of participants/speakers of our events
Requirements
- Broad general knowledge, especially in politics and international relations
- Interest in topics related to democracy and human rights
- Independence, responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Czech is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Previous experience working with databases is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High work commitment and ability to perform well under pressure
