How to Participate

The Forum 2000 Conference is traditionally open to the public and parts of the program are broadcasted live on our website. You can also participate in the discussions via social networks.

Observers

Each year over 3,000 observers attend the conference, including representatives of government, academia, civil society, and business as well as students from around the world. Participation as an observer is free of charge.

Registration required to participate in the discussions held at Žofín Palace, Mánes Gallery and Goethe-Institut and at events marked in the program as “by special invitation only” have been closed and are not available anymore.

Discussions and other events held at different venues in Prague as well as the Festival of Democracy are open to the public without pre-registration.

You can get press accreditation for the working part of this year’s Forum 2000 Conference on October 17 and 18, 2016 by contacting us via e-mail at anna.vosalikova@forum2000.cz.

The e-mail should state your full name, medium, and include a passport photography. Please contact us for accreditation by Tuesday, October 4, at the latest. You can pick up your press pass as of October 17 directly at the Žofín Palace. The conference is a formal event, the recommended dress code is therefore business or business casual.


Live Broadcast

Parts of the program will be broadcasted live on our website in the video section. Shortly after the conference, recordings of discussions and other events will be posted there.
