Visegrad Civil Society Organizations’ Platform

The platform uses synergy of cooperation to reinforce excellence and sustainability of civil society organizations (CSOs) in order to support civil society in Visegrad countries.

Main Goals

  • Reinforcing the flow of relevant information and exchange of best practices.
  • Creating new and more efficient ways of dealing with challenges in the areas crucial for CSOs.
  • Developing and introducing support services for CSOs in and outside the Visegrad region.
  • Supporting CSOs in the establishment of transnational cooperation and in seeking partners for the implementation of projects and thus promoting efficient partnerships.
  • Promoting the Visegrad group at the national and international level.

About the Platform

The partners are leading CSOs in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia who cooperate to create a platform for dialogue between CSOs, donors, decision-makers and other experts. This transnational cooperation gives them the chance to maximize results by taking advantage of the varied experience, knowledge and know-how of each partner.
