Practical Information


VENUE

The conference will take place at the Prague Congress Centre on October 15 – October 17, 2023. The designated entry for the Conference is ENTRANCE 4. We highly advise you to use the public transport (Metro C line, station Vyšehrad) since the access of the conference venue by car is restricted.

Due to the limited capacity of the conference halls, timely arrival is recommended. If full capacity is reached, participants may be denied entrance.

BADGES

You can pick up your badges from 16:30 on Sunday, October 15, at ENTRANCE 4. The registration desk will be open through the whole Conference.

Delegates accommodated in the conference hotels can pick up their badge at the Forum 2000 hospitality desk in the lobby on Sunday, October 15, between 8:00 - 14:30. Afterwards only at ENTRANCE 4 in the main venue.

Please do not forget your ID/passport for identity check.

We would additionally like to highlight that we will not possess a spare badge for the delegates. Please keep a close eye on the one provided.

Kindly note that there will be security on the conference side. No bigger luggage is allowed at the conference (handbags and laptop bags are allowed) and security is allowed to do random checks upon entrance.

HEALTH

At this point there are no special health measures in the Czech Republic that you should be aware of. We nevertheless recommend keeping up the highest possible preventive and hygiene standards.

DRESS CODE

Kindly note that the dress code for most of the conference events is business casual. For evening events (dinner, opening evening), business attire is required.
