Senior Fellow and Senior Advisor, German Marshall Fund


Jamie Fly is a Senior Fellow and Senior Advisor to the President of the German Marshall Fund (GMF). Mr. Fly previously served as the President and CEO of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Prior to that, Mr. Fly worked as the Director of the Alliance for Securing Democracy and the Director of the Future of Geopolitics and Asia programs at the German Marshall Fund.  He also served as an advisor to Senator Marco Rubio. Between 2005–2009, Mr. Fly worked in Administration of the former US President George W. Bush as Director for Counter-proliferation Strategy at the National Security Council and in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
