Hilary Binder-Aviles has 30 years of experience working with NGOs to strengthen their capacity to build more inclusive and equitable communities. She helps NGOs with start up, strategic planning, management, evaluation, governance, fundraising, and advocacy. Hilary is the lead author of The NGO Handbook, published by the State Department’s Bureau of International Information Programs and has trained hundreds of NGOs in the U.S. and in over ten countries around the world.
