Anti-Harassment Policy

The Forum 2000 Foundation enforces a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment during the Forum 2000 Conference series and all other events organized by the Foundation. Those found in violation may be removed from the event and banned from future gatherings.

Sexual harassment, as defined by the Forum 2000 Foundation, includes unwanted advances, requests for sexual favors, and any verbal or physical actions of a sexual nature that causes harm or fosters a hostile or offensive atmosphere. This policy extends to cover inappropriate behaviors that may not meet the legal threshold for harassment.

All forms of sexual misconduct, even if presented as jokes, are not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, sexualized verbal insults (like catcalling and sexist remarks), unwanted physical contact (such as brushing or pinching), suggestive propositions, and the sharing of explicit or degrading material.
