About the Project
Market of non-governmental organizations is a unique one-day event, which has been growing in size and scope since its inception in 2000. NGOs active in education, volunteering, human rights, environmental and other issues are given an opportunity to present their activities to broad public, establish new partnerships, address potential sponsors and volunteers, and even gain valuable know-how needed for successful NGO-management.
NGO Market 2015
The annual NGO Market took place on Thursday, April 23, 2015 in Forum Karlín (street Pernerova 51) in Prague and showcased 216 organizations from the Czech Republic and abroad. The fair was accompanied by an all-day program including professional lectures and workshops for both NGO representatives and the public. Admission to the event was free.
NGO Market 2015 was held in conjunction with the prestigious International Fundraising Festival (Prague, April 22-24, 2015). For exhibitors registered for NGO Market, we offered a special discount on participation fee for the Festival, which was only 99 €. The fee included admission to the workshops and seminars on Wednesday and Friday, as well as, the Party of the Future (an informal meeting of festival participants) on Thursday night.
