A discussion entitled “Russia and Europe” took place at the former office of Vaclav Havel in cooperation with the Vize 97 Foundation. The discussion was attended by historian Timothy Snyder and Šimon Panek and was moderated by Jakub Klepal. The speakers came to the conclusion that the European Union has a much greater responsibility than it has been aware of. Strong, unified and democratic Europe is the key to the positive future of Russia and other countries adjacent to the EU.
