How to Participate
The conference is open to the public and a large part of the proceedings are broadcast live on our website.
Observers
The Forum 2000 Conference is traditionally open to the public and each year it is attended by over 3,000 observers including representatives from government, civil society, academia and business.
Pre-registration is required to participate as an observer of the discussions held at Žofín Palace. Registration ended on Thursday, October 11, 2012. Registration provides admission to the entire conference program therefore there is no need to register for each panel discussion. Participation as an observer is free of charge.
Discussions and other events held at different venues around Prague are open to the public at large without pre-registration, except those which are listed as by special invitations only. Registration at
europeum(at)europeum.org is also needed for the “Prague Enlargement Dialogue” conference.
Live Broadcast
A large part of the proceedings are broadcast live on our website in the
Video section. Shortly after the conference, recordings of these discussions and other events will be posted there. A schedule of the broadcasts is available
here.
Social Networks
Up-to-date information on the conference and online reporting from the entire program can be followed on social networks. We will be glad if you share with us your impressions and opinions.
Premium Observers
We also offer a special category of paid participation that goes beyond the level of observer and provides participants with a unique opportunity to meet and network with the global leaders speaking at the conference. A fee of 600 Euros or 15,000 Czech Crowns includes invitations to select private events hosted for the speakers, as well as access to all of the main conference activities and accompanying cultural events.
