Javier Loaiza

Director of the Thomas More School of Government, EGTM and Coordinator of the Post-Graduate Program in Political Science at the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He also works as editor of the portal for information and political analysis: nuevapolitica.net. Being an expert in renewal processes of political parties, he had advised the Board of Directors of the Union of Latin American Parties, UPLA, and was the Alternate Secretary of Foreign Affairs at the Colombian Conservative Party.
