Philosopher, intellectual, journalist and one of the most esteemed and bestselling writers in Europe. Author of over 30 books, including works of philosophy, fiction, and biografy as well as activist and filmmaker. Levy has undertaken several diplomatic missions for the French government. His career started as a war reporter for Combat — the legendary newspaper founded by Albert Camus during the Nazi occupation of France — for which he covered the war between Pakistan and India over Bangladesh. He was one of the leaders of the „Nouvelle Philosophie“ (New Philosophy) movement and founder of the New Philosophers group.
