Chairman of Bubenik Partners, retained executive search and executive coaching firm based in Prague. He is a regular columnist for Hospodařske noviny, a Czech economic daily, and has an ongoing blog at Aktualne.cz dealing with issues of leadership, coaching and career development. In addition, Pepper he is a guest lecturer at the California State University San Marcos and the University of Economics, Prague. Before moving to Prague with his wife, Priscilla, he was the U.S. Partner in the International Technology Practice of Heidrick & Struggles.
