Jose de Jesus Noguera

Opposition politician, Visiting Associate Professor at the University of New Hampshire and former Assistant Professor at CERGE-EI in Prague. He specializes in macroeconomics, monetary economics, international economics and economics of transition. He has a Ph.D. in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and has given lectures at universities in different parts of the world. Between 1988-1995 and 1999-2001, he lectured at the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas.
