Venezuela

Venezuelan Politician and Economist. Mr. López is currently the National Coordinator of Voluntad Popular, democratic opposition party. He was Mayor of the Municipality of Chacao in Caracas – valued as the most transparent Municipality in the country – for two consecutive terms (2000–2008). Mr. López studied economics before earning a M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and holds an honorary Doctor of Law degree from Kenyon College.
