Transcripts

When debating how to present the contributions made at the 2007 Forum 2000 conference, both to our esteemed participants and interested public, we decided not to transcribe the proceedings of the conference with all the comments and interjections made. In doing so, we made a concerted effort to limit the number of changes we made and to maintain the original intent of the speaker. The changes, therefore, are minimal and serve only to clarify the point. The transcripts were authorized by delegates. Any remaining errors are our own.
