Philip Dimitrov

Former Prime Minister of Bulgaria (1991-1992) and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly. Mr. Dimitrov was a Member of the National Assembly from 1993 to 1996 and, in 1996, of the National Executive Council of the Union of Democratic Forces, the ruling party of which he was President between December 1990 and December 1994.
