Yavuz Çubukcu

Yavuz Çubukcu has served as Water Adviser for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey since 1993. He served in Turkey's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York from 1999 to 2003, where he was involved in the drafting of several UN General Assembly resolutions. He led the negotiations on behalf of Turkey in the trilateral technical meeting in Damascus in 2007. He is appointed as adviser in the Delegation of Turkey to the European Union in Brussels.
