Former Judge of the Constitutional Court

Czech Republic

Professor at Faculty of Law of the Charles University and former Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. He worked on legal councils and committees preparing various laws, civil code and the Constitution. From 1990 to 1993, he gave lectures at British, Canadian and American faculties of law. In 1993, he was appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court. He has published several works on law philosophy, civil law and constitutional law.
