Jitzschak Alster

Jitzschak Alster is a member of the Israeli and New York Bars and a partner at Shimoni, Alster & Rasiel. He has served as a consultant to the Israeli Water Authority since 1995, as the legal advisor of the Israeli Delegation to the Jordan-Israel Joint Water Committee and is also involved on behalf of Israel in the proposed „Red Sea - Dead Sea“ Water Conveyance Project. He has provided consultancy services in international water and land law issues in the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia and Central Africa.
