The fifth Forum 2000 Conference took place at Prague Castle on October 14-17, 2001. Its main topic was "Human Rights-Search for Global Responsibility". The conference was opened by a ceremony held at the Vladislav Hall at Prague Castle. The three following working days were devoted to the following main fields:


• Human Rights from the Perspective of Different Cultures

• International Institutions and Human Rights

• Human Rights and State' Sovereignty
