The Arrival
How to get to the hotel David: 
  • Arriving by plane: after arriving at Prague´s Ruzyně airport, take bus no. 119 which goes directly to the Dejvická metro station (line A, green). Go by metro to the Staroměstská station and change there to tram no. 17. Then, get off at the Národní divadlo stop.

  • Arriving by train: after arriving at the Prague Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží/hl. n.) take tram no. 9 to the Národní divadlo stop.

  • Taking a taxi in Prague: you can take a taxi from the airport or railway station. In this case, please use the services of AAA Taxi Prague company. You can order the car by calling 14014, the taxi will arrive in about 10 minutes, or take AAA yellow taxi on the street. The price for the ride from the airport to the hotel is around 600 CZK, and from the railway station to the hotel around 300 CZK.

  • Arriving by plane: after arriving at Prague´s Ruzyně airport, take bus no. 119 which goes directly to the Dejvická metro station (line A, green). Go by metro to the Můstek station. Change there for line B (yellow) and get off at the Karlovo náměstí metro station.

  • Arriving by train: after arriving at the Prague Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží/hl. n.) take tram no. 9 to the Lazarská stop.

  • Taking a taxi in Prague: you can take a taxi from the airport or railway station. In this case, please use the services of AAA Taxi Prague company. You can order the car by calling 14014, the taxi will come in about 10 minutes, or take AAA yellow taxi on the street. The price for the ride from the airport to the hotel is around 600 CZK, from the railway station to the hotel around 300 CZK.

The Hotel
Accommodation for the conference participants has been arranged at the Hotel David and Hotel Mánes, both located in the centre of Prague.
 
Please provide your passport and credit card information upon check-in. Forum 2000 will only cover the costs for accommodation and cannot reimburse for hotel incidentals (minibar, room service, laundry service, etc.).

Health and Travel Insurance
The hotel accommodation includes breakfast. 
Other meals (lunch and dinner or evening reception) will be organized by Forum 2000 as part of the conference programme.
 
Please take into consideration that the organizers do not provide travel and health insurance for conference participants. Please arrange sufficient travel and health insurance in advance for the duration of your stay in the Czech Republic. A first aid physician will be present throughout the conference.
 
Important Notice
Forum 2000 Foundation can cover or reimburse any expenses (health insurance, visa, economy class tickets etc.) only after being provided with the ORIGINAL receipt or ticket (boarding pass etc.). Thank you for your cooperation.
